Sammanlagt 73 representanter f\u00f6r l\u00f6ntagarna fr\u00e5n alla centralorganisationer (FFC, STTK och Akava) deltog i det f\u00f6rberedande m\u00f6tet som h\u00f6lls i Helsingfors i mitten av januari. De f\u00f6rbund som vill vara med i beredningsarbetet f\u00f6re den nya organisationen grundas ska meddela om sitt deltagande senast den 10 februari. D\u00e4refter b\u00f6rjar det praktiska arbetet f\u00f6r att grunda organisationen. M\u00e5let \u00e4r att den nya centralorganisationen kommer ig\u00e5ng med sin verksamhet under \u00e5r 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Alla fackliga f\u00f6rbund \u2013 ocks\u00e5 de som inte h\u00f6r till n\u00e5got av de nuvarande centralf\u00f6rbunden \u2013 \u00e4r v\u00e4lkomna med i det den nya organisationen. M\u00e5let med den nya centralorganisationen \u00e4r att st\u00e4rka l\u00f6ntagarnas och ensamf\u00f6retagarnas ekonomiska och psykiska v\u00e4lm\u00e5ga och fr\u00e4mja samh\u00e4llelig j\u00e4mlikhet och r\u00e4ttvisa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Den nya organisationen ska vara politiskt obunden. Den ska ta \u00f6ver de nationella och internationella uppdragen av de centralf\u00f6rbund som upph\u00f6r med sin verksamhet. Verksamheten ska grunda sig i demokratisk representation som tar i beaktande alla medlemsgruppers behov. Den nya centralorganisationen kommer inte att f\u00f6rs\u00e4mra fackf\u00f6rbundens sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndiga position som kollektivavtalspart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Calibri; font-size: medium;\">Professor Harri Melin inledde det f\u00f6rberedande m\u00f6tet med ett anf\u00f6rande om centralorganisationens framtid. I diskussionerna som f\u00f6ljde d\u00e4refter v\u00e4rderades styrkorna, m\u00f6jligheterna och utmaningarna med det nya centralorganisationsprojektet. Ordet leddes av Jarkko Eloranta, ordf\u00f6rande f\u00f6r F\u00f6rbundet f\u00f6r den offentliga sektorn och v\u00e4lf\u00e4rdsomr\u00e5dena (FFC), Liisa Halme, ordf\u00f6rande f\u00f6r F\u00f6rs\u00e4kringsmannaf\u00f6rbundet (STTK) samt Pertti Porokari, ordf\u00f6rande f\u00f6r Ingenj\u00f6rsf\u00f6rbundet (Akava).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Fackf\u00f6rbunden har beslutat sig f\u00f6r att starta ett projekt med m\u00e5let att grunda ny centralorganisation i Finland.
