Enligt propositionen kan ett arbetsavtal f\u00f6r viss tid i forts\u00e4ttningen ing\u00e5s utan grundad anledning, om det \u00e4r fr\u00e5ga om det f\u00f6rsta arbetsavtalet mellan arbetsgivaren och arbetstagaren. Avtalet ska kunna f\u00f6rnyas tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger och den sammanlagda avtalstiden ska vara h\u00f6gst ett \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I forts\u00e4ttningen g\u00f6r lagstiftningen det m\u00f6jligt att ing\u00e5 arbetsavtal f\u00f6r viss tid b\u00e5de av grundad anledning och utan grund. Slutresultatet blir att b\u00e5de arbetstagaren och arbetsgivaren f\u00e5r sv\u00e5rt att uppfatta och identifiera sina egna r\u00e4ttigheter.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STTK anser att den f\u00f6reslagna \u00e4ndringen \u00e4r mycket skadlig f\u00f6r det finl\u00e4ndska arbetslivet. Lagf\u00f6rslaget \u00e4r oklart och bristf\u00e4lligt motiverat, det f\u00f6rsvagar ensidigt arbetstagarnas r\u00e4ttigheter och det leder till \u00f6kade problem p\u00e5 arbetsplatserna. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man har inte heller gjort tillr\u00e4ckligt f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra att arbetstagare f\u00e5r flera p\u00e5 varandra f\u00f6ljande visstidsavtal i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att fastanst\u00e4llas, \u00e4ven om det uttryckligen st\u00e5r i regeringsprogrammet att \u00e4ndringen inte f\u00e5r leda till \u00f6kad ogrundad anv\u00e4ndning av p\u00e5 varandra f\u00f6ljande visstidsavtal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"lead-paragraph\">\u2013 Den nya lagstiftningen f\u00f6rs\u00e4mrar m\u00f6jligheterna till fasta anst\u00e4llningar f\u00f6r i synnerhet unga. En os\u00e4ker utkomst sporrar inte unga att bilda familj. Reformen \u00e4r misslyckad ocks\u00e5 ur arbetsgivarnas perspektiv, eftersom lagf\u00f6rslaget kommer att leda till fler meningsskiljaktigheter p\u00e5 arbetsplatserna, konstaterar STTK:s ordf\u00f6rande <strong>Else-Mai Kirvesniemi<\/strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risken f\u00f6r diskriminering p\u00e5 grund av graviditet och familjeledighet \u00f6kar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e4rskilt med tanke p\u00e5 bek\u00e4mpningen av diskriminering p\u00e5 grund av graviditet och familjeledighet \u00e4r det mycket orov\u00e4ckande att anv\u00e4ndningen av ogrundade visstidsanst\u00e4llningar \u00f6kar. I vanliga fall handlar diskrimineringen just om att arbetsavtal f\u00f6r viss tid inte f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Diskriminering p\u00e5 grund av graviditet och familjeledighet \u00e4r tyv\u00e4rr en bister realitet i synnerhet i kvinnodominerade branscher.
