Reformen b\u00f6r inneh\u00e5lla konkreta \u00e5tg\u00e4rder g\u00e4llande utbudet av arbete och arbetslivspraxis som fr\u00e4mjar att man orkar l\u00e4ngre i arbetslivet. Det b\u00f6r finnas en viss flexibilitet i arbetstiderna, \u00e4ldre b\u00f6r h\u00e5llas kvar i arbetslivet, syssels\u00e4ttningen m\u00e5ste h\u00f6jas och antalet invalidpensioneringar m\u00e5ste minskas.<\/p>\n<p>STTK betonar att pensionsreformen m\u00e5ste vara h\u00e5llbar fr\u00e5n de kommande generationernas synvinkel. Efter reformen m\u00e5ste finansieringen av arbetspensionerna vara i balans, systemet m\u00e5ste st\u00f6dja f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning av arbetskarri\u00e4rerna och niv\u00e5n av arbetspensionerna m\u00e5ste vara tillr\u00e4ckligt h\u00f6g f\u00f6r att trygga utkomsten under \u00e5lderdomen ocks\u00e5 i framtiden.<\/p>\n<p><b>Finansieringen b\u00f6r tryggas p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt<\/b><\/p>\n<p>STTK anser att det \u00e4r viktigt att arbetspensionsavgifterna h\u00f6js s\u00e5 fort som m\u00f6jligt till en niv\u00e5 som \u00e4r tillr\u00e4cklig ocks\u00e5 fr\u00e5n de ungas synvinkel med tanke p\u00e5 niv\u00e5n p\u00e5 deras pensionsskydd. Man b\u00f6r samtidigt komma \u00f6verens om bindande betalningsprogram.<\/p>\n<p>I samband med f\u00f6rhandlingarna fattas beslut om riskniv\u00e5n g\u00e4llande investeringar av pensionstillg\u00e5ngar, st\u00e4rkandet av finansieringen av \u00e5ldersspensionen och EMU-buffertar. Besluten b\u00f6r st\u00f6dja finansieringen av arbetspensionerna p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt och tryggandet av framtidens pensionsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ner.<\/p>\n<p>Arbetspensionsavgifterna m\u00e5ste vara till sin struktur s\u00e5dana att de uppmuntrar arbetsgivarna till att utveckla arbetslivet och motverka arbetsof\u00f6rm\u00e5ga.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tillr\u00e4ckligt pensionsskydd f\u00f6r alla<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Enligt STTK b\u00f6r man minska p\u00e5 avdragandet av pensionsavgiften fr\u00e5n pensionsl\u00f6nen eller s\u00e5 b\u00f6r man slopa det helt f\u00f6r att systemet ska bli enklare och f\u00f6r att r\u00e4ttvisan mellan generationerna ska uppfyllas g\u00e4llande f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningarna p\u00e5 avkastning.<\/p>\n<p>Man b\u00f6r fatta beslut om nya betoningar g\u00e4llande tillv\u00e4xten av arbetspensionerna med m\u00e5let att uppn\u00e5 ett tillr\u00e4ckligt pensionsskydd. Tillv\u00e4xten b\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 fram\u00f6ver uppmuntra till f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning av arbetskarri\u00e4rerna, men vid sidan om det beh\u00f6vs ocks\u00e5 andra mor\u00f6tter. Centrala fr\u00e5gor i det h\u00e4r sammanhanget \u00e4r kunnande, arbetsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga, orkande i arbetslivet och en arbetsgivare som st\u00f6der att man orkar och stannar kvar i arbetslivet.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rl\u00e4nga karri\u00e4rerna<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00c5lderspensionen b\u00f6r vara tydlig och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbar s\u00e5v\u00e4l g\u00e4llande den nedre gr\u00e4nsen som tillv\u00e4xten av pensionsniv\u00e5n. \u00c5ldersgr\u00e4nserna b\u00f6r vara flexibla.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00f6jningen av den nedre gr\u00e4nsen f\u00f6r \u00e5lderspensionen f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter att man samtidigt kommer \u00f6verens om konkreta \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r hur anst\u00e4llda h\u00e5lls kvar i arbetslivet och hur \u00e5ldersdiskrimineringen minskas, bland annat genom att \u00f6ka arbetsgivarens ansvar, g\u00f6ra arbetstiderna flexiblare och genom utbildnings- och arbetskraftspolitiska \u00e5tg\u00e4rder. Uppm\u00e4rksamhet b\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 riktas mot ledandet och utvecklandet av chefsjobbet.<\/p>\n<p>Deltidspensionen m\u00e5ste reformeras till en flexibel, partiell \u00e5lderspension som kan b\u00f6rja f\u00f6re man uppn\u00e5tt nedre gr\u00e4nsen f\u00f6r \u00e5lderspensionen. Man b\u00f6r aktivt st\u00f6da m\u00f6jligheterna till deltidsarbete p\u00e5 arbetsplatserna.<\/p>\n<p>Man b\u00f6r l\u00e4gga st\u00f6rre ansvar f\u00f6r yrkesm\u00e4ssig rehabilitering p\u00e5 arbetspensionssystemet. Rehabiliteringsprocesserna b\u00f6r st\u00f6da tidig inverkan.<\/p>\n<p><b>J\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsproblemen syns i pensionerna<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kvinnornas pensioner \u00e4r kring 78 procent av m\u00e4nnens pensioner. Skillnaden beror p\u00e5 arbetskarri\u00e4rens l\u00e4ngd och l\u00f6neniv\u00e5n.<\/p>\n<p>Man kan inte r\u00e4tta till j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhetsproblemen i arbetslivet genom pensionssystemet, utan de speglar sig i niv\u00e5n p\u00e5 pensionerna.
