Utan motiverad arbetskraft uppst\u00e5r inget nytt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Samarbete<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi b\u00e4r alla ansvaret f\u00f6r att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla ett gott samarbete. I detta avseende har samarbetsf\u00f6rfarandet en stor betydelse. Lagstiftningen ska skapa grunder f\u00f6r att med hj\u00e4lp av ett samarbetsf\u00f6rfarande utveckla f\u00f6retagets produktivitet och verksamhet, och g\u00f6ra det praktiskt m\u00f6jligt att inf\u00f6ra mera lokala avtalsf\u00f6rhandlingar. Den lag om samarbete vi har idag \u00e4r tung och sv\u00e5rbegriplig. Vi beh\u00f6ver en helt ny lag f\u00f6r utveckling av verksamheten p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra arbetsplatser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbetsgemenskapen<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rtroendet \u00e4r arbetsgemenskapens viktigaste kapital. F\u00f6rtroende kan endast byggas upp genom \u00f6ppenhet, diskussion och delning av information. En arbetskultur som bygger p\u00e5 f\u00f6rtroende till\u00e5ter m\u00e5ngfald, att varje medarbetare blir godk\u00e4nd precis som hen \u00e4r. F\u00f6rtroende st\u00e4rker arbetsgemenskapen, f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar v\u00e4lbefinnandet p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen och g\u00f6r det l\u00e4ttare att komma \u00f6verens i olika \u00e4renden.<br>Med ett gott f\u00f6rtroende inom arbetsgemenskapen och med en kultur som bygger p\u00e5 att h\u00f6ra och lyssna p\u00e5 de anst\u00e4llda kommer de att v\u00e5ga utveckla och pr\u00f6va p\u00e5 nya saker. Arbetet k\u00e4nns mer meningsfullt om man upplever sig ha m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka det egna arbetet och den egna kompetensen. Varje arbetstagare ska \u00e4ven ha m\u00f6jlighet att delta i att utveckla arbetsgemenskapens spelregler och tillv\u00e4gag\u00e5ngss\u00e4tt. En n\u00f6jd arbetstagare engagerar sig f\u00f6r sin arbetsgivare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e4lbefinnande inom arbetslivet<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbetet ska st\u00f6da h\u00e4lsan s\u00e5 att den inte ger vika under arbetskarri\u00e4ren, utan att vi orkar allt mer och l\u00e4ngre. Helt\u00e4ckande arbetsh\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdstj\u00e4nster, en trygg och h\u00e4lsosam arbetsmilj\u00f6 och m\u00f6jlighet till arbetstidsflexibilitet \u00e4r alla faktorer som st\u00f6der orkandet. Ett bra och konsekvent ledarskap inom arbetsgemenskapen p\u00e5verkar i h\u00f6g grad v\u00e4lbefinnandet p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen.<br>V\u00e5ra krafter att orka och v\u00e5r f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att kombinera arbete med det \u00f6vriga livet st\u00e4lls ofta p\u00e5 prov i olika livssituationer. Familjeledigheter, deltidsarbete, alterneringsledighet och deltidspension \u00e4r l\u00f6sningar som skapar flexibilitet, och som f\u00f6rebygger l\u00e4ngre avbrott i arbetskarri\u00e4ren.<br>\u00c4ven en f\u00f6rkortad arbetstid kan i framtiden visa sig bli ett s\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rl\u00e4nga arbetskarri\u00e4rerna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Osakligt bem\u00f6tande<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Osakligt bem\u00f6tande betyder trakasserier, mobbning och annat osakligt beteende p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Varje arbetsplats ska ha nolltolerans mot sexuella trakasserier. F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ordning p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gorna kring osakligt bem\u00f6tande och trakasserier inom arbetslivet m\u00e5ste arbetsgivarens skyldighet att ingripa f\u00f6rst\u00e4rkas.
