Se tarkoittaa, ett\u00e4 naiset tekev\u00e4t t\u00f6it\u00e4 l\u00e4hes kaksi kuukautta ilman palkkaa, jos heid\u00e4n vuosiansionsa suhteutetaan miesten keskiansioihin.<\/p>\n\n<p>Vuonna 2025 sukupuolten v\u00e4linen palkkaero Suomessa on Tilastokeskuksen tietojen mukaan 15,9 prosenttia. STTK on laskenut palkkaeroa vuodesta 2011 l\u00e4htien. Sin\u00e4 aikana ero on kaventunut noin 0,2 prosenttia vuodessa. \u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 Niiden 12 vuoden aikana, jotka olen toiminut STTK:n puheenjohtajana, palkkaeron kehitys on ollut suorastaan ala-arvoisen hidasta, STTK:n puheenjohtaja <strong>Antti Palola <\/strong>sanoo.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Syit\u00e4 sukupuolten palkkaeroihin on monia. Yhten\u00e4 taustavaikuttajana ovat palkkasyrjint\u00e4 ja puutteet ty\u00f6paikkojen palkka-avoimuudessa. Pitk\u00e4\u00e4n n\u00e4ytti silt\u00e4, ett\u00e4 vuonna 2023 hyv\u00e4ksytty EU:n palkka-avoimuusdirektiivi tarjoaisi l\u00e4\u00e4kkeen ongelmaan. Direktiivi velvoittaa ty\u00f6paikkoja puuttumaan syrjiviin palkkaeroihin ja edist\u00e4m\u00e4\u00e4n palkkauksen l\u00e4pin\u00e4kyvyytt\u00e4 palkkarakenteissa.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 \u202fDirektiivin velvoitteet tulee s\u00e4\u00e4t\u00e4\u00e4 voimaan kansallisesti vuoden 2026 kes\u00e4\u00e4n menness\u00e4. Tasa-arvon mallimaaksikin joskus kutsuttu Suomi ei kuitenkaan n\u00e4yt\u00e4 t\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6npanossa esimerkki\u00e4, vaan p\u00e4invastoin. N\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 silt\u00e4, ett\u00e4 direktiivi s\u00e4\u00e4det\u00e4\u00e4n monilta osin puutteellisesti ja mahdollisesti my\u00f6h\u00e4ss\u00e4 aikataulusta, Palola sanoo.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>STTK painottaa palkka-avoimuuden edist\u00e4misen t\u00e4rkeytt\u00e4 ty\u00f6paikoilla ja direktiivin kunnianhimoista t\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6npanoa. Syrjiviin palkkaeroihin ja sit\u00e4 kautta sukupuolten v\u00e4liseen palkkatasa-arvoon pystyt\u00e4\u00e4n aidosti puuttumaan vasta, kun palkkarakenteet ovat l\u00e4pin\u00e4kyvi\u00e4, samanarvoiset ty\u00f6t pystyt\u00e4\u00e4n tunnistamaan ja palkkavertailu tehd\u00e4\u00e4n syrjim\u00e4tt\u00f6m\u00e4sti ja objektiivisin perustein. \u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 \u202fPalkka-avoimuusdirektiivin t\u00e4yt\u00e4nt\u00f6\u00f6npano aiotaan kuitenkin tehd\u00e4 minimitasolla, eik\u00e4 sukupuolten v\u00e4listen palkkaerojen kuromiseen saada riitt\u00e4vi\u00e4 ty\u00f6kaluja, Palola sanoo. \u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Tasa-arvon kehitys sakkaa maailmalla ja Suomessa. Globaalisti katsottuna Suomella olisi erinomainen mahdollisuus erottua palkka-avoimuuden kehitt\u00e4misess\u00e4 edukseen, korjata alam\u00e4keen luisuvan tasa-arvokehityksen suunta ja ansaita takaisin tasa-arvon mallimaan mainetta. Vaihtoehto on istua kelkassa ja katsoa, kun savuverho palkkal\u00e4pin\u00e4kyvyyden yll\u00e4 sakenee. J\u00e4lkimm\u00e4inen yll\u00e4pit\u00e4\u00e4 nykyist\u00e4 palkkaeron kaventumisen vauhtia, mik\u00e4 tarkoittaa, ett\u00e4 naisten kuvainnollista palkkap\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4 vietet\u00e4\u00e4n viel\u00e4 2100-luvullakin.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vaikuttajayhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 palkkatasa-arvon edist\u00e4miseksi\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n<p>Palkka-avoimuuteen vaikuttavan palkka-avoimuusdirektiivin lis\u00e4ksi sukupuolten palkkaerojen taustalla piilee muitakin syit\u00e4.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>T\u00e4n\u00e4 vuonna STTK on tehnyt Naisten palkkap\u00e4iv\u00e4n yhteydess\u00e4 vaikuttajayhteisty\u00f6t\u00e4 otsikolla \u201dVuoden viimeinen palkkap\u00e4iv\u00e4\u201d. Kampanjan vaikuttajina ovat Miina Maasola, Simeon Seitz ja Katri Kilpi\u00e4inen. Vaikuttajien julkaisemissa sis\u00e4ll\u00f6iss\u00e4 kerrotaan naisten palkkap\u00e4iv\u00e4st\u00e4, palkkatasa-arvoon vaikuttavista tekij\u00f6ist\u00e4 ja vaikuttajien omista kokemuksista.
