Trade Union Pro represents salaried employees. Members work in specialist, supervisory and managerial positions in the economic, technical, financial and information sectors as well as in other salaried employee positions.
Our aim is to improve working conditions, salaries and other terms of employment and we seek to strengthen the position of our members in the labour market. Our activities are grounded in a member-oriented approach, openness, equality and joint responsibility.
As a union, we exert a strong influence on working life and society. Our position is based on comprehensive organisation, the unequivocal safeguarding of interests and open-minded cooperation at national and international levels. We are a reliable expert on working life that takes the initiative as well as a trendsetter in the trade union movement that is reforming its structure and revising its ways of working.
